is an 8-week, virtual leadership development program for women in mid-level positions who want to:

  • speak up and use their voice,

This isn’t your typical leadership development program.

Instead of merely fixing surface issues, participants will dive into a transformative process to address the underlying causes that hold them back so they can elevate to a higher level.

Throughout my 15 years of speaking, coaching, and working in leadership development, I heard the same story over and over — amazing women who questioned themselves, felt like they couldn’t disappoint anyone, believed everything had to perfect, and worried they didn’t know enough, even though they were highly qualified.

It wasn’t just them - I lived that story, too.

For years, I ran myself into the ground by overdoing everything. I questioned whether I was too much and worried about what people would think.

It held me back from my true potential. Then I changed my story - and it changed everything.

Week 1

Transitioning to a leadership mindset

Old ways won’t open new doors. In week one, we’re going to uncover the rules and habits that are keeping you from fully stepping into a leadership mindset and creating the impact you know you’re capable of making.

Week 2

Overcoming imposter syndrome

Imposter syndrome is a shrouded career blocker. In week two, we’ll identify how imposter syndrome shows up in your journey and learn proven strategies to quiet self-doubt, own your expertise, and confidently pursue your boldest career goals.

Week 3

Stepping into your strengths as a leader

Great leadership starts with knowing your superpowers. We’re going to take a step back in week three to understand your strengths and create a picture of who you want to be as a leader — which will help you move toward that vision with confidence.

Week 4

Building boundaries for better wellbeing

Get ready to say Yes to saying No. In our fourth week, we’ll walk through a step-by-step framework to set boundaries that protect your energy, prioritize your well-being, and create space to have the tough talks, influence, and be strategic.

Week 5

Mastering tough talks

“When we avoid difficult conversations, we trade short-term discomfort for long-term dysfunction” (Peter Bromberg). You’ll walk away from week five with strategies to handle difficult conversations with greater assurance, ease, and effectiveness.

Week 6

Influencing and executive presence

Executive presence isn’t just a buzzword - it’s key to making an impact! In week six, you’ll discover how to step into your authentic version of executive presence – and use it to influence at all levels to drive results and elevate your career.

Week 7

Strengthening your strategic thinking muscles

It’s time to shift from doer to strategic thinker. In week seven, you’ll learn how to think beyond the tactical and contribute at a higher level as a strategic partner in your organization.

Developing your community & creating a plan

We are better together! Our final session focuses on building a supportive community, cultivating key relationships, and creating a clear action plan to lead with grounded confidence.

  • Leading with Grounded Confidence is for women in mid-level positions who want to advance and create impact. Women in supervisor, manager, and director level roles will benefit the most from this program. People leadership is not required! You’re a leader whether you have a team that reports to you or not.

  • Yes, absolutely! Many companies sponsor employees for programs like this. I encourage you to talk to your manager about getting reimbursed. Share this webpage with them so they understand what it is about and why it's valuable for your career development and your team or organization. You can also download a program overview and email template to ask your manager to sponsor your participation in the program

  • It's awesome when companies sponsor programs like this – when they don’t, keep in mind that you are worth the investment! Often, when women choose to invest in themselves, they commit more fully and get SO MUCH out of it. Consider it a short-term investment for a long-term gain!

  • Each call will be held over Zoom. I promise, they will be engaging and interactive! Between the activities, thought provoking questions, chat, and open Q&A – you won’t want have time to be distracted. Plus, we won’t use breakout rooms and being on camera is optional!

  • No problem! All calls will be recorded and posted in our private community space. You'll also be able to ask me questions in the community space, so you will feel supported even if you miss a session or just want to watch it again..

  • The three group coaching calls are designed for two things: 1) Ask questions about anything we’re covering in the program. 2) Give you focused coaching on the specific challenges you’re facing related to the program content. You’ll share your challenge, I’ll ask questions and coach you, and you’ll get ideas from other participants. You can also simply listen on the calls and hear what other people are getting coaching on - it’s likely you are facing some of the same challenges and can learn from their situation!
