I am a coach, facilitator, writer, speaker, photographer, and life adventurer. I have been working in corporate human resources for the past ten years and I’m currently transitioning to entrepreneurship. My blog is focused on experiences and reflections that arise during this journey to running my own business, writing a book, and life in general!
My goal is to help individuals, teams, and organizations reach their fullest potential. I do this through one-on-one and team coaching, facilitating keynote addresses and workshops, and designing customized training and processes for your organization. See my services page for more detail.
I have a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and I am a graduate of 100+ hours of executive coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute. I have extensive global experience, including living and working in Australia and Latin America. I am currently researching and writing a book on maximizing learning during development experiences as well as penning books for children on mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
