I am a coach, facilitator, writer, speaker, photographer, and life adventurer. I have been working in corporate human resources for the past ten years and I recently launched my own coaching and consulting business. My blog is focused on experiences and reflections that arise during this entrepreneurship journey, writing a book, and life in general!
My goal is to help individuals, teams, and organizations reach their fullest potential. I do this through executive coaching, facilitating keynote addresses and workshops, and designing customized training and processes for your organization. See my services page for more detail.
I have a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. I am also a graduate of 100+ hours of executive coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute, a Myers-Briggs certified facilitator, and a contributor at Thrive Global. I have extensive global experience, including living and working in Australia and Latin America. I am currently researching and writing a book on maximizing learning during development experiences as well as penning picture books for children on mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
