Adele, Taking Breaks, and Feeling Like You Have To Earn Rest

Last week I shared a social media post about Adele taking a six year break from music and permission to take breaks. One person disagreed. They said you first needed to build an empire worthy of a break. As you might imagine, I had some thoughts about this comment! Here’s a video of my response.
