Spring always sparks a stirring inside of me—one represented by new growth peeking through the snow and the returning chirps of birds as they begin building their nests. This stirring is one of aliveness, regeneration, and hope. I’d like to share with you what I know to be true about this human experience and what it means to be alive.

It's election day today. I'm feeling a weird elixir of fear, anxiety, and hope.I feel them all - and I choose hope. I have to choose hope. I just have to. I have to believe that love and empathy will help us find our way towards healing in our country. I have to believe, because the alternative simply isn't an option.
