Is your organization facing any of these challenges?

✔️Retention of high performing employees

✔️Imposter syndrome stalling career growth

✔️Employees hesitant to speak up and share ideas

✔️Burnout, disengagement, and quiet quitting

✔️Emerging leaders struggling to lead with confidence

Let’s address these challenges by equipping your people to…

Live, work, and lead with grounded confidence!

My work goes beyond the typical empowerment training. Instead of merely fixing surface issues, I guide people through a transformative process that gets to the root causes that hold them back so they can overcome imposter syndrome, use their authentic voice, and advance in their career.

What is grounded confidence?

Grounded confidence is a steady, inner-trust that comes from deep within. You know who you are and what’s important, while also being open to learning and growth.

Walking through the world with grounded confidence means you:

  • Take bold steps in your career - and life

  • Become unshakable, centered, and calm

  • Communicate with greater power

  • Create more impact

  • Break free from proving, pleasing, and perfecting

  • Advocate for yourself - and others

  • Know you have the ability to figure it out - even if you don’t have all the answers now

  • Show up with authenticity and strength. You know who you are and you show it to the world

Why is grounded confidence important at work?

Grounded confidence doesn’t just benefit individuals, it transforms teams and cultures. When employees and leaders are rooted in self-trust and authenticity, they:

  • Share more ideas - ideas that could impact processes and improve your bottom line

  • Respond with purpose, rather than reacting

  • Show up to hard conversations without defensiveness

  • Know what they want and go after that higher level role

  • Create an engaging environment and develop others to excel in their career

  • Encourage greater authenticity at every level

  • Make aligned decisions and take action

  • Remain calm in the face of uncertainty

“It is ALWAYS an absolutely joy to work with Heather! Anyone thinking of engaging her as a speaker should absolutely do it. Heather is exceptionally well organized, thorough in her questions and review, and can tailor the experience to your organization. I would bring her on for another speaking engagement in a heartbeat!”

Hi! I’m Heather

I want you to walk through the world with grounded confidence.

You know what gets in the way? Putting constant pressure on yourself to succeed. Imposter syndrome and doubting your brilliance. Holding yourself to ridiculously high standards in every area of your life. Feeling like you’re never doing enough.

I know this because I saw it while working at Cargill and Ameriprise in HR, leadership development, and change management roles. I saw it in offices and production facilities. I saw it across the globe when I worked in Latin America and Australia.

And I experienced it myself.

An overachiever since birth, I drove myself hard to succeed no matter what. I worked way too many nights and weekends, was always the first to volunteer for yet another project, and even suffered from shingles when I was just 30.

Then I realized I could make a change. I could break free from the rules that caused me to prove, please, and perfect for so many years - and reconnect to my grounded confidence.

Now I create more impact, use my voice with more boldness, get more sleep, and occasionally go on a hike on a Wednesday afternoon - without feeling guilty about it!

My keynotes, coaching, and leadership development programs get right to the heart of this mission of empowering people to live, work, and lead with grounded confidence. Participants leave each engagement feeling seen, ready to take action, and with tools to advance.

“Within three weeks after the event, two women in the group applied for senior roles and directly attributed the imposter syndrome session in their decision to apply.”
